Get into your account

For a setup link that has expired or already been used.

  1. Type the email address where you got your UPBI invitation into the Email box. Leave Password empty.
  2. Select Forgot password. This sends a new link and works even if you never set up your account.
  3. Find the email from UPBI in your inbox. Check spam or junk too. Open the newest email within 24 hours; older links stop working.
  4. Select Continue, then create your password (at least 8 characters).
  5. Come back here and log in with your email and new password.
